My name is Charles I have a family of 3 with a medium size dog. We are newer to camping but love to get away for a weekend or a week at a time.

Charles was very helpful, patient and accommodating throughout the whole process as we were first timers with renting and hadn't been camping in 10 plus years. He answered all our questions, ensured there was lots of items stocked in the trailer and supplied linens and beach towels. There was a small leak in the toilet connection, that he was quick to address and fixed the problem the following morning providing little disruption in our trip. Other then this little hiccup I would have rated it a 5. I would highly recommend Charles for others seeking an amazing time.

Charles and his wife were very friendly, they communicated well with us. They were so accommodating. They set up the camper and came the day of check out and took the camper away

If I were to pick one word to rate my experience, the word will be WOW! This was an incredible experience. From day one to the end it was a pleasure to deal with Charles. Not only was he professional but he went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable living in his Camper! He was knowledgeable, efficient and very personable and you could genuinely feel that he wants everyone to have a great time! Well he delivered! It was the first time for our family to go camping and oh boy we had a blast. I would definitely rent his camper again.

Had the trailer delivered by Charles. He came out and set everything up. Then when he picked up he emptied everything too. Good communication, would recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful camping trip and in part that was due to the great service and accommodations we had. Charles our host was great to deal with and extremely friendly and helpful. We had him set up the trailer and then pick it up when we were done. The trailer was well outfitted with everything needed and was clean and tidy.

Charles is very friendly and reply super fast. He set up the trailer in the best spot so we have lots of room to in front of the trailer.

Brand new travel trailer was able to sleep 7 comfortably. Great communication with owner. Would definitely recommend and use again!
