The van was exactly what we were looking for for our roadtrip through western canada. Kate was very friendly and easy to reach whenever we had a question, she also gave us some tips!

As accommodating as we tried to be, Raphael and his party had a difficult time following instructions, which made for less-than-perfect experience. We communicated multiple times the van return time (which is also shared on the listing upon booking), as we had another booking going out that day, which he elected not to honor. In addition, he required add-ons which he wouldn’t purchase via the app. They were very lovely people, but might be better suited to a rental car company that has a fleet of vans.

Had an amazing 2.5 week roadtrip with Hilaree. From Vancouver Island to the Rockies, she brought us to the most amazing places. She is spacious and very comfortable. Definitely recommend!
