Falsely advertised RV with “working AC”, and further falsely advertised by the owner, Shri, after picking up the vehicle. We endured 97 degree temps inside the vehicle, and the coolest it got down to was 84 degrees for our trip, when outside temps were 100+. I asked Shri for a discount to compensate for our discomfort, and he refused to provide one - instead calling into question my character, telling me to “deal with Outdoorsy”, and that “I should rent from Cruise America next time”. He was incredibly unprofessional and combative when approached about any resolution, and upon return of the RV is now trying to charge me for mileage that he’s not entitled to. Shri is one of the worst hosts I’ve ever dealt with across multiple property rental platforms, and Outdoorsy should take care to remove owners like this who tarnish their brand altogether.

Beautiful RV! A vacation in heaven! Just as Shri described. Very high-quality fixtures and accessories. It had everything in it that we needed. We loved the floating patio overlooking the river, and sitting by the fireplace was a favorite every evening when it got cold. The rig was easy to drive. I loved the backup camera, especially when changing lanes. Shri was great to work with. He explained everything to us and responded very quickly when we had questions from our campsite. Being that we are new to the RV world, we indeed had a lot of questions. : ) Shri was very patient with us. (Thank you, Shri.) We will definitely rent from him again.
