The "Iron Rhino" was overkill in the power department. Scott was friendly, accommodating, responsive, and eager to help. I needed extra miles, no problem. I needed a hitch to tow a car, no problem. The pick up and drop off was smooth, quick, and painless. The truck has 4x4 low, high, and tow mode. Also its a diesel! This truck was never a work truck. The condition of interior and engine (112K miles) is excellent for a 2006 (has seat covers). I thought I would be spending a ton of money on gas, but I was surprised to find that diesel #2 is much cheaper than premium thru unleaded. I spent less money on gas with this truck hauling a 2nd car and all my tools, then my 2001 Chevy Silverado going the same distance with no load. Don't be worried about the size, its got backup cameras and big rear view mirrors. U'd be surprised, but this dually can fit anywhere! I highly recommend renting this F350 from Scott! He's the real & very good deal..

Renting out equipment is clearly an inconvenience for Scott. He just bought the truck and clearly doesn't know what he is doing. I specified the type of tow hitch I HAD TO HAVE. Scott screwed it up. When I realized the problem, I called twice - straight to voice mail! 45 minutes after I rented the truck! I didn't have time to find another truck. I spent an additional $125 and 90 minutes getting the hitch set up at UHaul. That afternoon I called Outdoorsy and got voicemail. I left a message with a call back number - no call back. I returned the truck in as issued condition with a full tank of fuel. When I spoke to Scott about my difficulties, he played dumb and wouldn't refund any of my rental costs claiming, "I won't make any money then". I returned the truck 6 days ago, and my $1000 deposit still hasn't been refunded??? Outdoorsy what is going on??
