Matt was very helpful and responsive. Set everything up for us, showed us what we needed to know, and it made our weekend with our tribe very stress free and relaxing.

Matthew was amazing to work with. He replied quickly and was always willing to answer any questions. He had the camper there and set up at check in and came and got it when we were done. However with that being said, we were disappointed with all the things you had to shut off/not use. It was very inconvenient and that is the reason for the lower rating. The AC had to be set no lower than 75 during the day and set on auto (not fan) or it would freeze up. We had in the 90+ temperatures that weekend. At night we could turn down the temp he said but once again you had to keep it on auto. With it being set on auto, the fan kicked on and off all night. It was very disruptive when trying to sleep. We had to light the pilot light every time and wait anytime we wanted hot water (bc you have to have the gas off when not in use)-very inconvenient. There were two smoke detectors in the camper-neither worked. One had no battery in it, the other a dead battery. The first aid kit is very out dated. (See photos for info)

Mr. Slater was great to work with. Great communication and was prompt to answer any questions.
He set everything up and had the camper ready when I got to the campsite. The a/c in this works GREAT! The camper was clean, which I appreciated very much.

Working with Matt was absolutely perfect. The camper was great and just as it was listed. We had a great weekend with family and would work with Matt again.

Great 3 nights in this camper. Even had a morning of rain and didn't get wet. Matt set everything up and gave us a tour of our home away from home.
