Great communication and explaning the pop-up camper setup. The mattress wasn't to comfortable but from what I understand that's pretty normal for standard pop-up mattresses

Mark was GREAT, and the camper was just as described. Everything worked just as it should. The only issue was that the camper didn't have a rug and broom to help keep it clean during the trip as kids come and go, but that was easily fixed because we happened to be so near a dollar store. We even left the rug and broom in for future users. Highly recommended!

Mark was great and very helpful with getting the camper set up, showing us the ropes and offering tips to make things go smoothly. We had a fun trip and the camper worked well!
