This was our third time renting an RV and hands down the worst experience we've had. A week before our trip the owners reached out and said the last renters damaged there RV but it was in good enough condition to rent. We had already booked our campgrounds and there were no other RVs available for that time frame so against my better judgment we decided to proceed with the rental. Prior to us picking up the RV I voiced my concerns about the windows that were cracked possibly busting out during our trip and the owner said it wouldn't be an issue. When we picked up the RV, roughly 10 days after the previous renters accident the owner told ne they caused 16k in damages and it was going to be more because the day before he noticed that there was an 8' long Crack across the upper window and they were going to take it back to the shop and have that accessed with the other damage. After that he told me "in complete transparency the rv is pulling to the left, they said they hit a curb and knocked it out of line". But that was not the case, the passager front tire was damaged so bad on the inside that cords were showing from the tire. Which I unfortunately didn't notice until day 2 when we had the rv leveled up. Which is also the second piece of major damage that neither the owner or shop noticed. The RV pulled extremely hard and i was worried about blowing a tire every day. The day before our rental was up we were driving back on highway 17 through Phoenix when one of the windows just shattered. We were on a highway with nothing around us to hit. We immediately called the owners and informed them that one of our concerns had came true. Upon return they said they were going to make a claim for the damages and I am now in discussion with a lawyer to clear this dispute. Be very cautious when dealing with these renters and there RV.

Great experience! Owners were incredibly nice and made sure we knew how to use everything. They were always available if needed through outdoorsy messaging. RV is also extremely clean and looks pretty new as well. Would definitely recommend.

The motor home was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway to Roosevelt lake. Plenty of space for myself, my husband, and our 5 and 3 year old boys. It was well stocked with everything we needed to cook as well. We will definitely be renting again!

Ted and Suzie were amazing!!! Amazing communication before during and after our trip. We were new to the RV experience and Ted really helped us out. This RV was amazingly clean and comfortable. We were in a primitive campsite and didn’t have any issues. We started out just looking to rent an RV and ended up with new friends! If you’re looking for an amazing RV and rental experience, you’ve found it!!!

Ted and Suzie were very easy to communicate with. The right was very clean and as described in the ad. We were able to see a lot of beautiful Arizona from this RV. We definitely recommend renting from Ted and Suzie!

Suzie & Ted were sooo great! The RV was super clean and was absolutely perfect for our family Arizona vacation experience. They were super friendly & easy to work with before, during & after the trip. They have all the essentials you need stocked in the RV. The RV feels nearly brand new! The master bed was very comfortable, our kids also confirmed their beds were comfortable. The RV offered plenty of space for our family of seven. My husband and I with our 5 kids (ages 14-7) flew into Mesa and picked up the RV from their house, we hit the grocery store and we were set for the week! We explored Sedona, Page and the Grand Canyon. We had all our camping sites booked ahead and planned a soft itinerary from there. Highly recommend making the trek up to Page to see Horseshoe Bend & Antelope Canyon, both stunning! It was also very easy to navigate and get place to place in the RV, public parks, like Slide Rock have plenty of parking. FYI- our trip was first week in March. Gas mileage was pretty good too we thought- if you’re camping with full hook-ups, it helps bc you can haul way less water in the RV tank with you, helping on the gas mileage. Highly, highly recommend this RV vacation experience and again, Suzie & Ted are so gracious. Bonus if you fly into Phoenix, they are super close to airport, like 10 min drive. One last thing, it was sooo easy, we loved having everything we needed, including the next meal, never having to think or plan when & where to stop, especially with a family of seven it helps to save on the budget too. Same goes for drinks, fully stocked fridge, bonus! Two of the boys helped my husband get everything all hooked up from place to place, it was a cool little challenge they completed each time, timing themselves & setting a new record each time.

Communication with Ted and Suzie was excellent. The RV was listed very clean and it showed very well. All questions were answered during the tutorial day and were quick to respond with any additional questions. Thank you Ted and Suzie.

Ted and Suzie were amazing! They got us all set up the same night to rent due to a last minute invite to country thunder! They were so accommodating and helpful. They are very thorough with the process and make sure to show you the ropes.

We are first time RVers. We had an awesome time. This RV was spotless, roomy and well outfitted. Our hosts, Ted and Suzie were great. They both gave us an excellent checkout of the RV. They were very responsive with several of our “rookie” questions. They went out of their way to accommodate us at a different return time. We were so pleased with our first experience and they were a huge part of it. Thanks so much.
