Yan is very responsive to all my questions before my trip, and we had a very detailed walk-through on the pickup day. The RV is pretty clean and spacious, it has almost everything you need for a family trip.

Yan was very accommodating for our trip. We had a 10 day trip to Yellowstone national park and it was amazing. The RV was very clean very nice and had no mechanical trouble at all. He takes very good care of his vehicles we would definitely rent from him again. Our experience was excellent .

The RV was in good condition and was ready to go (bedding, kitchen ware, camping chairs, etc). Nice sized fridge. Yan was easy to reach with questions and other communications. He took time to go over the workings of the RV before we left with it. We enjoyed our rental experience!

This was our first time renting an RV for a family get away. Wow!!! What took us so long? It was a fantastic experience enabled by Yan & his beautiful easy to drive 32' Forest River Bunkhouse. We appreciated his tour of the vehicle as well as the detailed instructions on how to level the RV & operate the slide outs. The RV was incredible clean & had plenty of room for our party of 4 adults. We purchased the extra "Gold" package that was offered to take care of the post clean out & washing. Yan's communication was excellent & he made the process of pick up & drop off seamless. Overall, we had a great experience & look forward to our next adventure in Yan's RV.

We had an awesome time traveling across Washington in this RV. Yan is very accommodating and was very easy to work with. The RV is in pristine condition and the beds were very comfortable. If I ever travel west again I will surely be in touch with Yan to rent from him again.

Yan was very friendly, informative, helpful, and great to rent from. The RV is in great condition, clean, easy to drive, easy to use. Everything worked perfectly and we had a great time. I will rent using Outdoorsy and hopefully Yan again next year.
