Brenda is awesome. I wanted to give her all 5 stars and a big hug!!! She genuinely cares about you and your experience and is concerned when things go wrong. Unfortunately, things did go wrong. The first day, the passenger mirror fell off and we had to repair it the best we could. The second day the generator died and we couldn't find anyone to fix it. That meant the remainder of our 2 week trip, 7 days driving, was spent in a hot box. Without the generator, there is no AC. It seemed small things kept happening during our trip, but Brenda truly tried to help the best she could. Brenda and Arturo did offer a discount, but it is hard to be completely fair to both the owner and the renter when something this major goes wrong. How can you reimburse adequately for the discomfort of 7 days and still make something out of it as the owner. I think if we went on a shorter trip, closer to home, things would have been better.

My husband and I took a week long trip to the Tetons in this RV. Brenda and Arturo were a blessing to work with and all was awesome with the trip. We saw amazing sites and breathtaking views. Can't wait to go out again!

It was such a pleasure to do business with Mr. Arturo and Mrs. Brenda. They were extremely welcoming and gave us their utmost trust and respect with the care of their RV. They were great with keeping an open line of communication with any questions or concerns that we needed. We had a safe enjoyable experience and would love to use them again in the future.

Had a great experience with this RV. Brenda and her husband were attentive, the communication was great. The Rv was very clean and well stock. We will definitely rent this RV again in the future.
