This was my first time camping as well as renting an RV. Brian is well thorough in explaining the ins and outs to his RV to were you will be really comfortable being out on your own. The experience my family had was a lifetime to where as long as Brian rents the Meridian we will take a trip every year. Thanks, Brian we will see you in the spring.

This was our first camper rental and it was great. The listing was very accurate. Brian was very responsive and easy to work with. Smelled brand new when we got in. Even was able to fit our two paddle boards inside! My husband towed it with our truck and had no issues while driving it.

Brian was awesome! Very detailed walk through prior to our trip. And the minor mechanical issues we had, he was helpful in diagnosing what to do. I would recommend working with Brian as his expertise, care, and cordiality were a huge plus!!

This was our first RV trip and we wanted to be a good experience. We were looking for a medium-size, and mediocre priced vehicle to take a trip with kids and grandparents. The vehicle size was appropriate for 6 people and Brian was very communicative and available via text to answer questions any time we had problems.The listing included basic features including a back up camera. When we picked up the vehicle though, we were disappointed that the backup camera did not have a screen (Brian told us it was lost). Brian also let us know that he did not have time to fix it but that the left/right indicator switch was broken, and we had to either manually indicate turns on a 34 ft, large, and long vehicle, or indicate on the switch manually while simultaneously turning the vehicle. This was a safety hazard.Brian was kind to note that he had a battery pack for emergency jumps if needed (which was understandable); we didnt think much about it, until we had to jump the vehicle after our stay at the first full hookup campground and then at least 4 times during our 5 day trip. the battery pack worked only the first time; then the battery pack did not charge even when the vehicle was moving. We had to ask random people, sometimes at rest stops and just other places, for a jump - costing us valuable time.Even when parked at the campground with no items hooked on the battery power, the battery drained. We then had to ensure we kept the vehicle turned on at rest stops and scenic stops for fear that the bus will not turn back on. This was a safety issue -- first, we could not restart the vehicle if we turned it off; the battery pack did not charge from the 12V charger in the bus, and we had to spend additional on gas as we kept the vehicle turned on anywhere we stopped. This bus was a guzzler.On the way back from our trip, it was raining heavily, so we turned on the wiper, but the wiper blade flew away after a couple of swipes - thank goodness it was the passenger/navigator side and not the driver side windshield that lost it. First we could not park anywhere for fear of losing battery power; but also had to bear a loud screeching noise now as the half wiper was rubbing against the glass windshield.

I Never rate or respond to any surveys regarding a service or interaction with an individual but I felt I had to this time. Brian was awesome in helping us get familiar with the vehicle and be prepared for our trip. It has been along time since I went camping and this vehicle was a great overall experience. It drove awesome down the road and the space inside was perfect for our group.
