We are a young family that loves to travel and see new places and experiences. Having a travel trailer or "hotel on wheels" certainly makes travel easier and better!

I have rented RVs for the past 3 years and I always had a good experience until this time. The radio/speaker did not work, the furniture was worn and not clean and the smell in the RV was unbearable. We tried to air out the smell (a combination of sewage and wet dog) and even bought air fresheners but nothing worked.

Everything was great, Arrell was very prompt in responding to questions we had and was very accommodating! We appreciate the opportunity to have been able to work with him and his family again!

First of all I would like to say that the owner (Arrell) tried very hard and attempted to accommodate our needs. However, we had a terrible experience with the rental. I will give details below:

This was our first time renting an RV for a camping trip and we HIGHLY recommend Arnell's Pioneer trailer!! It was the perfect size for our family of 8-including some teenage football players. LOL. With plenty of sleeping areas that were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with the items we needed as well as ample counter space and a pantry for storage. The camper itself was in excellent condition and we enjoyed having the outdoor lights and awning when sitting outside. Arnell was a pleasure to work with. He delivered to our campsite, set up the camper, and picked it up on departure day-which was extremely helpful to us and took some of the stress off of our large family. Travelling with 6 children, including a newborn, a three year old, and several teens-was a task to say the least. However, Arnell made it easier by offering the delivering service!
This was a memorable family trip that we will do again and again!

This was our first time camping as senior citizens. The camper was clean and spacious. Arrell was a gracious host. We had difficulty climbing up the steps as they were quite elevated. And it was difficult to sleep as one could feel the vibrations from the strong winds. But am sure with more experience our camping enjoyment will improve. Thanks Arrell.

Great experience! Arrell was such a pleasure to communicate with. He's polite, arrived early, answered any questions we had immediately, and made our trip a success. We enjoyed the extra things Arrell provides such as a hammock, grill, screen tent, and kayaks. The camper was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely plan another trip with Arrell.

Wonderful vacation in Arrell's RV. The camper was clean, comfortable, and cozy. We were scheduled for another RV which had storm damage days before our trip. Arrell came through and helped salvage our vacation. Pickup and delivery was right on time. The RV is in good condition. I would like to add that we are an African American couple and Arrell provided the good service that we expected.

The camper was awesome. My family and I had an excellent vacation and Arrell was very responsive. Leading up to the trip Arrell was very communicative and helping me understand what we would and would not be getting as well as how to ensure we had a successful trip. He arrived on time, setup the camper in no time flat, gave us a walk around and told us how it worked. Also when we had questions during the week he helped me figure it out. Would definitely do this again.

Our camping trip was great from start to finish! Arrell, his wife and 3 beautiful kids met us at the campsite putting the finishing touches on. Everything was perfect! Thank you Arrell for allowing us to make a 4th of July of wonderful memories!!!!

The worst experience we have ever had!
First, Arrel said he wasn’t able to fit his RV in the spot we asked for. He said it was too muddy and also small. I gave him 3 options and he said none would work, but the thing is that he was already set on the other spot which he proposed to us. You can see on the pictures that his RV has flat tires, which evidently shows that he and his family were there for a very long time. Also, the RV was disgusting! The floor was dirty, there was ore around the toilet, old coffee in the coffee maker, personal items spread around, nasty smell all over the place... seriously! We were expecting to have a good time with our family and it was a nightmare. My husband and I spent the first our cleaning the place to try to make things a little bit better.
Would not recommend to anyone!

I apologize for the site not being a good fit, all 3 were too small as I previously discussed, even the one I was able to set up on was almost impossible. That campground has very few sites that work for such a large camper, as we already discussed., so had I not done the research and gotten an alternate option before hand, you would not have been able to have a trip. That wasn’t my opinion alone, but also the opinion of the camp host who recommended moving sites. The flat tire was due to a damaged tire which happened during transport for that trip, that I had to get repaired during your stay, and has been fixed. As for cleanliness my wife cleaned the camper before she left and met you there for any questions or concerns you had. If it was not up to your standards I apologize, my goal is to have everything ready for you to enjoy your trip.

We truly enjoyed the camper and very impressed with how spacious it was. We had no issues with the entire process and highly recommend the Cavanaughs. Their family is so precious and they are very prompt in regards to communication!
