We enjoyed the motorhome. It was roomy and the air conditioning was a life saver. It was sweltering outside. Monte was very professional and accommodating as to pick up and return times.

This would have been a positive experience except for mechanical problems and unexpected fees that left a bad impression.
On the plus side, it's a large, modern, high-tech RV. The owner was quick to respond to questions through Outdoorsy, although we were never able to reach him by phone for some reason.
Unfortunately, there's a glitch in the wiring that makes an alarm sound at random times when the engine is off... including in the middle of the night, despite being hooked up at a campground. I had to wake up and turn on the engine for 10 minutes to get it to stop.
The other disappointment was the owner's policy of applying a $200 cleaning fee (not included in the rental cost) for normal use. He told us it was because he found some crumbs in the sink and between seat cushions, and because we didn't mop and scrub the bathrooms. No joke. So expect to pay $200 in addition to the rental cost.

All around great experience from beginning to end!

The RV was everything we could ask for and then more. The owner was very flexible about working with us on pick up and drop off times and gave us a RV that made the trip that much better. Communication was top notch. Will use again.
