Awesome camper. Super easy handover and return. Camper comes completely empty actually making things easier as you simply pack all you need with no guessing as to what might be provided. Super easy tow for our medium size suv. Will absolutely rent again!

There was unfortunately an issue with the DC electrical system issue that we noticed once we tried to run anything in the trailer once we disconnected our truck from the trailer upon arrival to our camping spot. The issue prevented power to run any of the systems except for the hydraulic jack. I can accept that mechanical failures can happen despite anyone's best efforts to prevent them. I contacted Neil (the owner) and he was professional and responded to me about the issue and attempted to troubleshoot the issue remotely, however when those attempts failed he contacted Outdoorsy and this where in my opinion Outdoorsy failed miserably.
Outdoorsy forced me as the renter to purchase road-side assistance vehicle protection package when I booked the trip, which I normally wouldn't choose to purchase especially to the tune of $91.80 for a three night trip but I figured that they would support me in the event that I had an issue and we wanted to go camping. When the Neil (the owner) contacted Outdoorsy, he was told that the road-side assistance vehicle protection package I purchased would cover battery-related issues and that I as the renter needed to contact them. Neil (the owner) passed this information on to me and I contacted them, but I was told by Outdoorsy when I contacted them that the road-side assistance vehicle protection package does not cover battery issues, and that if the owner Neil wanted the trailer repaired that Neil (the owner) would need to approve their road-side assistance people to come out on a holiday weekend for a repair at his cost, which I as the renter would have to call back and give Neil (the owners) approval because I purchased (was forced to purchase) the road-side assistance vehicle protection package.
What good is a road-side assistance vehicle protection package if they won't come out to troubleshoot the issue? They didn't know what the issue was, the only thing known was that nothing with the electrical system in the camping trailer was working? They gave me a lame excuse about it being a holiday weekend, you think people might be more likely to going camping on a holiday weekend? But Outdoorsy is not going to support the renters they sold the road-side assistance vehicle protection package to because its a holiday weekend? If Outdoorsy is not going to support people with that road-side assistance vehicle protection package then they should not be forcing people to buy it. Why would I as a renter be responsible to collect authization from the owner to fix an issue with the owners vehicle?
Outdoorsy failed me and they failed the owner, and they have lost me as a customer in the future. They could have done what I paid them to do and they chose not to. Shame on Outdoosy!

Neil is great to work with and the trailer was nice, clean, and accommodated our family of six. We appreciated the smaller size since it was our first time hauling a camping trailer. Would rent from them again!

This was the perfect camper for great grandmother at a multi-day family reunion on the lake! Cozy heater, nice bathroom, all the necessary comforts and pulled easily behind my Tacoma. Everything in the way or cords, blocks, hoses was included. Hosts were great to work with!

Neil brought the trailer to our campground and returned to pick it up at the completion of our stay. We enjoyed renting from Neil. He was very helpful and made our stay for a family get together very enjoyable, The trailer was very clean and everything worked just right. We would highly recommend renting from Neil. Very helpful and great to do business with. We would highly recommend renting from Neil.

Our several weeks with the Geo Pro were lovely. We towed it behind a Mercedes Sprinter with ease. We also towed it behind a Subaru Ascent, which was fine but not as preferable. The trailer was clean, ready to go upon pick up, and came with no added equipment but what was needed to hitch and unhitch it and RV toilet paper. We supplied all utensils, plates, pots etc. Neil was great to give advice on what to bring in advance to make the hitching process easier.
Neil was great to work with and an excellent communicator-answering questions quickly in advance and from the road. It is safe to say that the ability to rent his trailer made our summer vacation experience fantastic. Thanks Neil!

Had a great experience working renting through Outdoorsy. Neil was very efficient and responsive and pleasant to work with. His trailer was very nice and the whole process of scheduling and picking up easy. We had a great time. I would do it again.

Owner was extremely accommodating and nice. Camper was basically brand new and the envy of the campground. Easily towed it with a 2018 Toyota Tacoma.

Great experience! My wife and I planned a last minute getaway with friends up Logan Canyon. We were able to sleep comfortably with our two kids which was a huge part in making the trip a success. This is a great camper if you want to enjoy the outdoors and come back to a little luxury after a long day.
