We used this wonderful RV to tour Canada's parks, and everything went smoothly! It was my first time driving an RV, and Han was extremely kind and patient while explaining how to drive it and use all the appliances. Highly recommended—it's worth every penny!

Han was an outstanding host. The RV was fully equipped exactly as described in the listing and had everything we needed for our trip.
He took the time to explain every component of the RV and how everything worked, which made us feel comfortable and confident from the start. He also provided bear spray for our safety in case we needed it during our hiles.
To top it all off, at the end of our trip, Han kindly drove us to a convenient location where we could easily catch a taxi or Uber.
Thank you, Han, for allowing us to enjoy such an amazing experience in your RV. We highly recommend renting from him and would gladly do it again!

Han was a great host, was very patient in explaining everything, made us feel really comfortable and confident with the RV. Han was able to provide us with everything needed. 10/10 experience.

We liked our experience of renting an RV but unfortunately there were some issues. First we chose the option that the host drop the RV at our hotel at the beginning of our trip and he was 1 hour late. Some equipment was missing (mugs, coffee filters, etc) he told us to buy them and that he will refund us at the end of the trip. We also change some of the extra that we didn’t take and he also told us that he will refund everything at the end. He never refunded us. We tried to reach him after the trip because the refund wasn’t done and he responded that it was already done with outdoorsy. After a week without receiving the refund, I reached outdoorsy and they told me that the host never requested the refund. Outdoorsy tried to reach him and he never responded.
We also had a problem with little unwelcome friends in the RV. There were mice, we finally catch some of them. There were a pan with burned food that wasn’t usable.
Overall the experience is deceiving and we would not rent again Han RV.

We had an absolutely amazing experience renting an RV from Han’s RV for our family trip through Jasper, Banff, and Golden. From start to finish, everything was excellent.
The RV was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for our Rocky Mountain adventure. Han was very helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire rental experience smooth and stress-free.
Traveling by RV made our trip even more memorable. We enjoyed the freedom to explore the beautiful Canadian Rockies at our own pace while having the comfort of a home on wheels. The scenery in Jasper, Banff, and Golden was breathtaking!
We highly recommend Han’s RV to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and enjoyable RV rental experience. We would definitely rent from them again!

The RV has some miles under its belt but still a great RV to do a trip. We were with three, me and my two sons (16 and 18) and we had a great time with it. My first time with a RV but after half an hour or so you start getting used to it pretty easily and feel comfortable even when driving in the mountains and with windy conditions. Han is easy going and has made some great videos that explain a lot of the things you need to know when doing a road trip with this RV.

It was very difficult to authorise driver through the pages. It took couple of hours and at the end we manged only one driver out of two. Car was as described, drove well. However it was not handed over clean - fridge had stains, dishes were still fett, floor could habe been properly cleaned. The owner was very kind and patient, showed us all and explained all. He also borrowed us a good car charger for phone that we forgot. So service very good but cleaniness is a point to improve.
