About Ivy's RV rentals

Warner Van Rental is a part of the new Warner Van Center located just outside Salt Lake City, UT and close to 5 national parks. We started in 2019 by renting Sprinter Cargo vans and Passenger vans but decided that we needed to get a few upfitted camper vans. Our goal Is provide great Sprinter options with great service. Come check out our great vans and take one out on an adventure.

Unfortunately there were several issues with the van. Upon pickup, I was informed that the battery and heater were broken. I waited for almost two hours while they attempted to repair. In the end neuter issue was resolved. One battery worked and with solar panels we had enough power for our trip. The van was really loud to drive and the microwave rattled non-stop. I was refunded $50 and was not charged for additional miles. So he did his best to make it right which I appreciated.

I noticed the automated review that outdoorsy left using my name and didn't think that was cool! Yes the booking was cancelled, however Mark has been great! He called to explain why he had to cancel and offered other solutions to keep my trip as planned. Outdoorsy shouldn't have automated a 0 star review and should give me the option to take it down..

This was my first experience renting a van through Outdoorsy. I had a very good experience with Mark. The van was clean. Mark was very easy to work with. I will definitely rent from Mark again.

It was a pleasure working with Mark! He was very quick to respond when we asked questions. The van was in excellent condition and worked perfectly. Our weekend camping trip was a success because of Mark's efforts. Highly recommend him!

Awesome trip and great experience. The van has everything you need as long as you are okay with finding places to shower on the road. Would rent again and was impressed by the endurance of the van. Mark was descriptive on all functions and we had no problem while out on the road.

Mark's rental was perfect for our weekend trip to Utah's national parks. Quick to respond, and the staff at warner van rental were very friendly an helpful. I would highly recommend any of Mark's rentals!

Picked up vehicle for a long weekend down south in the Fish Lake area of Utah. The van worked perfectly with no issues or complaints. We enjoyed the vehicle and would rent from Mark again.
