This person is not trustworthy- she booked us without our approval when we enquires about dates.
She refused to help us seek a refund.
Then she claimed to have “sold” her trailer, yet holding our money.
Outdoorsy was non responsive after 3 attempts to call, 4 emails, 2 chat attempts and several back-and-foetus with renter.
Thanks to our credit card company, we now discover on our Outdoorsy account that they arranged to reverse the charge.
However, we are now stuck with a credit for a service we do not want or trust.
We will seek a full refund.
And register complaints to the better business bureau.
(we can not comment on cleanliness
or mechanical because we never saw it!).

Jessica cancelled my reservation only 10 days before my trip, after the payment had been taken (which will be refunded I assume), and without any explanation or communication from her. I received an email from Outdoorsy that the reason is because the trailer is not available on those dates any longer. This suggests she got a longer or more lucrative booking. If so, I find that to be unethical, untrustworthy, unreliable, and unkind.

We were very much looking forward to our week-long vacation in this little trailer. A few days before, I learned by looking at the website (not from Jessica herself) that the fridge was no longer working on gas. When I contacted Jessica, she offered to let me use her cooler and advised that the fridge was still working with an electrical connection. We switched our campground reservation to a site with electricity.
In fact, the trailer did not have a working fridge, whether on gas or electrical. No fridge at all. But this was not the only problem: none of the plugs in the trailer worked - no electrical connection anywhere. We paid full price for a trailer equipped with a fridge and electrical connection, and enjoyed none of that. My text and email to Jessica to address this went unanswered.
To add insult to injury, the cooler Jessica left for us to use was very dirty.
This was not a positive experience and I would not recommend renting this trailer or from this owner.

I only really needed the bed for my weekend trip, and that was very comfortable. I did not need the kitchen, so I can't honestly comment on its function. Jessica was excellent, our communication was flawless. The one time I had a bit of trouble with breaking down the table to make the bed she texted me immediately with instructions and everything was fine.
