I reserved the RV and scheduled to have it delivered 25 miles from Council in New Meadows. I reached out 2 days before the trip to discuss placement of the RV at the drop off site and was informed that the RV was no longer available. I still had an active reservation, my credit card had been charged for the rental and damage fee.
I give a 1 star for poor communication and basically ruining a planned trip.

Jim and his family were friendly and professional at every level!! It was a great spending time with Switchback Sam, he was incredibly clean and filled with surprises that put smiles on our kids faces. (S’mores and all) 😉
Sam provided many memories that our family will always cherish.
Thank you to Jim and his family for allowing us to share your home on wheels, it felt like home to us as well!!
