we had a great time in the RV and overall a good experience with the owner and the app.DRIVING- the RV was surprisingly easy to drive and had no problem tackling all the uphills and downhills. yes, it feels a bit wide, but it felt smooth to maneuver, even at the narrow streets of Sedona and tight scenic roads. We did had to think about parking and work around it, but most places there was either a dedicated big RV parking (bus) or a big parking lot close by. in short, it was more simple than we thought it would be and the rear camera helps too.

Heather and Aaron were incredible to rent from. They were very laid back and ultra-accommodating. They delivered the RV to PHX and were there early which made the timing work out perfect to get to Sedona that evening. The RV has a few small issues but none of them were an inconvenience. Their rules are beyond fair in comparison to other RVs in the Phoenix area which is a true reflection of them as individuals. Our whole crew absolutely recommends renting from them!

We had an awesome time using Heather's RV! Heather and her husband were helpful and easily accessible if we needed help with anything. They provide kitchenware, pillows, linens, some toiletries, games, amd even a welcome package! All the systems are pretty straight forward to use. The auxilary power that powers the radios and lights lasts a long time. The generator is easy to use (check the generators breakers if it seems to not be working). Overall, this is a great option and one of the best deals out there!

We had a great time in Heather's RV. Picking up and dropping off the RV was so easy. Heather and her husband took the time to make sure we knew how to operate everything. They were ok with us taking our 2 dogs on the trip. We had to call them with a question and they responded right away. We had a great vacation at Big Bear Lake in California thanks to them. I would recommend their RV.

All I can say is WOW. Heather and her husband saved our vacation. Not only were they super responsive to our last minute request but their rental was such a better value than what we were seeing out there. The unit was clean and stocked with everything you could need while camping. During our trip we had a question and they were quick to address our needs. I couldn't have asked for a better rental or transaction. Our kids were comfortable and they loved their time in this motorhome. They were so excited and their little cousins loved coming to visit, we had to keep kicking them out. Having a shower, bathroom, microwave and stove were amenities that I honestly think we couldn't have lived without while camping with the kids. We had 3 adult, 3 kids and one baby in this motorhome and we were super comfortable. I can't recommend them enough and would definitely use them in the future. Heather and her husband truly care about those who rent with them and strive to make it the best experience possible. They even had a basket with candy, bubbles and snacks for the kids. A+++ service.
