If I could give this zero stars I would. I made a reservation on June 9, completed booking and paid in full. Today, less than a week before my vacation, the owner cancelled. This has put me in a really tough position and I am totally disgusted both the the owner and Outdoorsy. Apparently communication between owners and outdoorsy is severely flawed. For all the security measures required of renters, it seems there are no assurances that owners have any restrictions on honoring their commitments. I won't be back.
