This RV is in decent condition. It is 19 years old, so beware to take pictures of every inch of it because the owner bragged about making insurance claims with many renters and with insurance companies so he can profit off the normal wear and tear. Specifically he made a statement that he made $7k off some recent bumper damage from a previous renter. We are RV renters as well and kept the rv clean and returned it in cleaner conditions than we received it. The shower smelled of fish and the fridge was also very stinky. The toilet leaks water on the floor and there is no easy way to climb into the upper bunk without feeling like you are going to damage the already falling apart seat to climb up there. The owner attempted to hold over $500 in our security deposit because he claimed his bathroom fan had an issue with it. We literally only pressed the on and off button...never caused any damage and he wanted us to replace the entire bathroom fan unit. I don't even know what he was claiming was broken because it turned off and on when we used it? The listing says it has AC. But beware that is only if you have the generator running...not if you are driving. The cab AC was not just broken but the area under the steering column got so hot my husband felt like the engine heat was going to burn his feet it made it extremly uncomfortable to drive. The owner charged extra milage fees over what the listing had stated, and then charged us for an additional night because we were a couple hours late due to an accident on the highway. We notified the owner hours before we were due back and she said it was no problem...only to get charged another night without even mentioning it to us. Please do not get scammed by these renters. I was shocked when they tried to steal $500 from our security deposit with out even contacting us first to discuss any concerns. Bad business

Owners were great! Really nice people and easy to deal with. The RV was quite old and some things didn't really work. The AC mainly. Luckily it was mostly chili at the beach and we didn't need to run the main living quarter AC because it was very ineffective. The AC in the cab did not work at all with was a bummer as the center console got very hot from the engine compartment, hot enough that it was painful to drive in sandals. Other than those issues we had a fun trip and it was fairly affordable. Maybe check to see that those issues are fixed before renting in the summertime.

We had a great experience with Julia and victors rv! Great communication, everything was clean, vehicle drove great and everything was in great shape!

They threatened to call the police on my mom and i for being late returning their rv even though i already had talked to a customer service representative and paid for the 2 extra days and it took us so long to return it because the brakes were metal on metal. It was scary getting it back.

Julia was wonderful. Her and Victor showed us how to use everything when they did the walk through on pickup day. They responded via text message right away when we had questions. The RV ran great and the kids and my wife and I really had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend Julia for your RV rental needs!

Julia and her husband Victor were great to work with on this rental and we had a great time using the vehicle for a family trip. Everything essential worked really well for the RV (engine, pumps, electricity, propane, generator, etc.) and there was lots of clean storage which was key because we were camping off-the grid. However there were small things that could be improved like a missing screen or cupboard door that came open when driving. These were pretty minor issues and we were really happy with the vehicle for our trip.

We had a wonderful trip. While the rv is older, it was clean and comfortable. It could use a few more things in the kitchen. Coffee cups and a spatula. Other than that, we loved it.

We had a very positive experience renting this RV. Even though it is listed as a 2003 vehicle, it is very clean and comfortable. The owners were very accommodating of our needs. The RV was also stocked with many camping essentials. We had a great trip!

julia and her husband were great. they walked us thru the RV and showed us everything. RV very clean and well maintained. good value and would recomend them and their RV to anyone considering a trip with RV
