This was the first time my wife & I rented an RV for the weekend. Charlie couldn't have been more patient and hospitable - going through the walk-through with his RV. He had typed instructions with color pictures of everything we needed to know about operating the RV and being able to enjoy our stay at the lot where we traveled. I would highly recommend renting Charlie's RV. It was clean and in great condition.

We had an excellent time. Camper was well stocked and perfect for a large group. Water tank was filled for us and a thorough explanation with pictures and descriptions helped us feel very confident!

This was our first time using a Class C RV for camping and our family had a blast. RV was very well maintained and clean! Charles had great instructions for us and was available 24/7 for questions if needed. We had zero issues with the RV or the rental process. We look forward to renting with Charles again in the future.

This was a great RV and fantastic experience. Charles was so kind to let us use his RV for such a long trip out to New Mexico and back. We were very comfortable the entire way! Highly recommend.

Mega gas guzzler. The vehicle makes some weird noises while driving and will sometimes start to vibrate or shake. We disinfected the entire interior down with Clorox wipes and mopped the floor with disinfectant. He complained of the Lysol smell when we returned it and was skeptical of if we cleaned it yet it was cleaner than when we picked it up. He skimmed over the instructions and never showed us how to use the leveling blocks so we were parked on a slant and couldn't use the slide-out because of it. We asked if we could bring it back later upon return and he said "between 5 and 6 would be okay". Then we received a late charge of $80. Yes there is a late fee written into the agreement but when we asked him and he said 5 or 6, we thought that he meant we wouldn't be charged a late fee. Overall, the camper is "meh" and the owner is untrusting and not very friendly.

Our RV was perfumed over with something , not Lysol. Took my wife a day to air out. As every rental I take an hour to go thru the RV operation and provide a detailed procedure for operations. I am also available by phone 24/7 for any issues or questions. Some people should not rent Rvs, I would not rent to them again.
