Owners are very nice. Communication was excellent. We had a great time on our vacation. We had a couple of minor electricity and water issues at the start because we were their first renters but we worked together with the owners input to resolve them and then the trailer worked perfectly. I wouldn't expect any further issues now that the owners have everything configured correctly. We dry camped and kept the batteries charged with a 100W portable solar panel which worked awesome. We had to add water to the fresh water tank with a jug/hose around day 4 but we weren't the most frugal user's of water. The floor plan of the trailer is perfect for a small family. My 8 year old daughter loved having her own "room" with privacy curtain. The dining table is a nice size for dinner and games. The bathroom is functional and allowed us to take quick, comfortable showers. The kitchen and fridge worked great as well. It even has a small oven. The trailer is not brand new so there is minor wear on the pop outs and awning but none of it prevented us from using anything or enjoying it. The cabinetry is really nice, solid wood which has held up really well. The trailer is lightweight and towing it with the owner provided anti-sway bar was very easy with our Titan. We would definitely rent it again.
