Kassondra was very nice to work with and even more pleasant to look at. With the exception of a couple of very minor rv issues, it was a fabulous trip to the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Take the more scenic route from Flagstaff thru Sedona on the way back to PHX. RV performed flawlessly for our first father/son road trip to the Canyon. Great RV and Great trip
