Trailer was ready when we picked it up. We had a couple of issues. The camper was easy to park and set up and take down. This was towed with our mid size suv and we were able to pull it. Bedding was very comfortable. Had a great time.

I can’t say enough about Mark and how he treats customers. We rented a class A for three days. The first night my wife had a life threatening medical emergency. We raced 85 miles to a hospital. In my haste, I did not properly stow everything. We damaged the power cord beyond repair and could not continue our trip. I called Mark to tell him we had to cut short our trip due to this damage. His response? “It’s not the end of the world David, the main thing is that your wife is safe.” I broke his rv and he’s worried about my wife? How kind is that? In addition, he is being extremely fair about repairing the rv. I would recommend renting from him unconditionally.

This is the 2nd time we have been with Mark and Southwest RV. From the moment you speak with Mark to the moment you return the rig, he is FANTASTIC!!! Courteous, respectful, helpful and customer service minded. I do recommend Mark and his service to anyone who is even remotely interested. Kevin Knotts

Unfortunately trailer had a couple of issues that took up our time and Mark's. Refrigerator didn't work on propane and toilet valve stuck causing smelly backup. Worse was counting on having freezer storage for meals. Could probably not have been as much an issue on camp area with electric hookups. Marc was very good and accommodating about responding to each each issue in a timely manner though.

We rented the RV for a 2 week vacation to Yellowstone. There were 7 of us all adults in size. (3 teenagers)
We had a few minor things go wrong but Marc was always available to walk us threw it. We could never have found in Phoenix and nicer person to rent from. We had a great road trip and may just do it again. Thank you Marc Kroll for always making us feel comfortable.
