When we arrived to pick up the motorhome it was determined that the leveling jack system did not work and the awning was broken and not available for use, Skyler agreed to pay for the fuel upon our return as a consideration for the unusable items mentioned, however today I received a message that the $1500 security deposit had been burdened not only for cleaning and dumping that I agreed to but also for fuel. On a more positive note Skyler was available for questions and checked in with us on several occasions to see how our trip was going.

James, as we discussed when you picked up: the leveling system worked prior that day when i performed the pre arrival check list. It is beyond my control that it broke. However, it has been replaced with a new unit and is fully functional! The awning has also been repaired and is fully functional. The agreement we had was that you would gas up once you were at your destination. When you returned it was obvious that it had not been gassed up. I do appreciate you taking care of our RV, you left it very clean and i hope we can host you again in the future!

This was our first time renting from Outdoorsy, and it was a terrific experience! The process was easy and straightforward, and the renters were a pleasure to work with. The RV itself was a little dated, but ran like a champ and was very comfortable. Would happily make the same choice again!

Skyler was very friendly and accommodating. His assistant during our trip with questions were amazing. The RV was clean and everything functioning. Will definitely rent this RV again!

Skyler and Carmen were great to work with, pick up and drop off was easy and convenient. This was our first time camping with a trailer so the videos were all very helpful and my Toyota Highlander had no problem towing it, although next time we will wait to fill up the water tank once we get closer to our destination. The trailer is showing it's age (it is listed as a 1999 afterall), so we did feel some drafts coming through the canopies since some snaps are missing and also through the vent behind the fridge. Despite its age, it kept us warm and we took full advantage of the hot water for dishes and showering. Our camping party is a short bunch (no one over 5'5") so I don't know how well the teeny-tiny shower would work for taller folks. The table/seating set-up was great and let us play board games late into the night. The generator was super quiet and easy to operate. We didn't use the toilet at all, and we opted to use our coolers instead of the fridge so we can't speak to either of those. All in all we had a great time, it kept us cozy and the experience convinced us to camp with a trailer from here on out! We would definitely rent from Skyler and Carmen again (we hear they are looking to upgrade to a newer trailer)! Thanks to you both for a great spring break!

This was my first time using a camper/trailer. Skyler was very responsive and the instructional videos were helpful. I watched them several times when I wasn't sure. Fit me and my 3 teenage boys comfortably. I would definetly rent from them again.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Very reasonable rates, easy to haul and use trailer, cute decor, and thoughtful touches. Skyler has really put a lot of thought into making the trailer easy to use (it’s perfect for beginners!) and family-friendly. He was super kind and helpful, and incredibly responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we had a great time!

This was a great little RV to rent. It has everything you need! Including an inverter system and a brand new super quiet generator so you can go places that don't have electricity and never want for anything. It's really nice to haul because it's not very long but then when you open up the ends - it seem HUGE! They had all the amenities also. They offered to loan us coolers, lawn chairs and a hammock, they had everything you could possibly think of! The decorating is completely up to date and super cute just like the pictures show! We would sure rent from them again!
