The person who took care of us was Wenzi. She was very accommodating with the pickup and drop-off times. During our camp time we had a few questions and she got back to us quickly.
Also, when we asked if the supplies came with a lantern, she said no yet 5 minutes later she texted back saying that she would get one...AWESOME!

Great vehicle overall and good communication by host. I experienced a few minor issues with the internal battery which powers the inside lights and fridge, but they were able to compensate me a bit for the inconvenience. All in all, we had a positive experience renting the van.

Can you clarify on your review? We have done all we can to take the headache off of your shoulders. To recap, you guys blew a tire and we were notified after you've reached out to Roadside Assistance. You told us that they were taking care of it, so we assumed it was dealt with. Hours later, you contact us again, and to our surprise, you were still stranded. So right away we jumped into action to call surrounding tire shops. We also got in contact with Roadside Assistance to get clarification on the issue. We called the tire shop of your choice ahead of time to make sure everything was taken care of and paid for so that you can get in and out. As I've mentioned on the phone, our priority was to get you back onto your trip with as least stress as possible, which we accomplished. I understand you had a frustrating experience with Roadside Assistance, but that is aside from our company and listing.

This little van was the perfect way to experience RVing on my California central coast road trip to Solvang and Morro Bay. It's easy to drive and is well equipped with the perfect kitchen and sleeping conveniences, but also comes with plenty more storage for your own things. Tyler was a great host; prompt and polite. He gives a clear rundown of all of the features in the van. The big pluses that I did not expect were the mini-fridge, the ability to charge all of my devices just like I was home, and really cozy lighting inside the van at night. Debi S

Overall perfect rental experience! Tyler was great to work with and Vanny DeVito was easy to handle and awesome addition to our camping trip. I loved all the storage, and the convenience of the kitchen set-up made packing and preparing for the trip so much easier. We also kept two gaming devices and two phones charged at all times with the endless power supply. Vanny is so lovely and intimate, the only problem was two tall bed hogs trying to get comfortable in the middle of the night.

Thank you Tyler for an amazing weekend getaway in Vanny DeVito! Super great craftsmanship and detail in the van, got numerous compliments while we took it up north to Lassen National Park for a weekend trip. Very easy to drive and has a handy backup camera. The wall paneling and provided bedding/blankets were able to keep us warm, even when temperatures dropped at night, and the converted sitting area was perfect for meals when it started raining outside. Overall, such a cozy little van that included all the necessary amenities for a great trip for 2. Will 100% rent again and recommend to all my friends!

Vanny Devito was as advertised. Easy to drive, comfortable to sleep in, and featured all the necessary amenities. Great for a long weekend in SLO. I would rent it again.
