Brian and Laurie are great and their trailer was just what we were looking for! We had a couple of questions during our trip and Laurie was very responsive and helped us to resolve our problems as 1st time RV Campers! We highly recommend them!

Everything was as expected. The Palmers provided the ball hitch connection with anti-sway bar adapters connected. Pulling was super easy with my 1 ton van. Everything worked as expected. Our trip was very nice at the beach with the 4 of us. When parking was not found, nice people came out from nowhere to help point out where more parking was. Everyone was so nice. Outdoorsy was an outstanding company who seemed ernest in making our trip memorable. Good job to all parties!
One more thing to add, my wife is not able to walk on her own. We took the van that had her scooter. She was able to step out of the scooter, walk up the 5 steps and with great care pushed herself backwards on the bed and that's how we slept, backwards. Brian and Laurie splurged for a new memory foam bed topping. I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH! Now if you could get one for the bunks the kids wouldn't complain. Seems that life is never fair when you're the child.

Brian and Laurie were awesome. They answered every question we had. They made the prosses super easy. Had a great time. My family wants to go back and rent their trailer again. Thank you!
