We spent a wonderful three weeks traveling and camping around Florida. Dustin provided plenty of instruction before we took off to a couple women who had no experience with a motorized RV, and only a little experience long ago with a pop-up tent camper. He patiently answered all our questions and gave us plenty of time to practice driving it around a large parking lot before we took off.
When we discovered a minor leak behind the toilet on our first night out, Dustin and a companion drove two hours each way and spent nearly a day, first trying to fix, and then completely replacing, the toilet so that we had no more problems with it. It didn't hinder our plans at all since they came to us, and we intended to spend that day sightseeing anyway.
For future renters, presumably because of Covid precautions, be aware that the RV comes with no supplies: no bedding, no towels (which we knew ahead of time) but were surprised to find no kitchenware beyond a couple skillets and a pair of tongs and long-handled spoons. If we'd known, we could have brought plastic plates, bowls, cups, and silverware from home but instead had to go and buy all of it on Day 1. We did leave behind a 5-cup coffee pot for future renters and there was a toaster already. It wasn't a big deal, we just wish we'd known.
The RV was in good condition, drove easily, and is a manageable size to back in to tight campground sites, yet big enough for two people to be comfortable for three weeks of travel.
We definitely look forward to renting through Outdoorsy again, and if in Florida, through Dustin again.

This RV was the perfect size for comfort and mobility. It has all the bells and whistle’s of a full-size motorhome in a maneuverable oversized Van. I really enjoyed my time and will be renting from Dustin many times in the future.
