Trailer was perfect for a desert trip. Few broken items like skylight in restroom, generator few lights and back restroom flush lever.

Robert was super easy to work with. He was able to deliver the trailer to a remote area in Cal City the most renters are not willing to do.

i wish all renters were like Rob. the rig is amazing and since we were close to his place he even texted AND stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything was working perfectly.

This was my very first time renting a "destination" RV. Robert could not have made this any easier. He was so accommodating with delivery and reservations, and he answered all my novice questions. BTW, yes, you can have electricity without being attached to an RV hookup! The trailer was clean and more luxurious than many hotels we've stayed in.
My family was in Ridgecrest for an endurance horse ride. There are several events that happen at this site, but it has always been inaccessible, or at the very least uncomfortable and difficult, because we do not have an RV. Not anymore! We will most certainly use Outdoorsy in the future, and specifically Robert's RV for as long as he will have us. A great experience.

This good man is straight up in an informative way. He wants you to know the A to Z about the trailer. He wants you to stay in touch if there are any questions while on your trip.
Commercial RV renters are not as helpful and understanding as Robert. Our trip was meaningful and important and he helped smooth the way !
