Overall, this stay was okay. During booking they were very prompt and took the time to answer my questions. Delivery was also prompt with good communication. We were instructed on lighting, propane, and a quick review on septic.
Unfortunately, I spent the first hour of the trip cleaning the unit. Luckily they had supplies sufficient to scrub toothpaste from the bathroom sink, sand and dirt from the bath tub, and food from both the microwave and the refrigerator. The provided cutlery was dirty, so we use paper plates and plastic ware for our trip. The linens appeared clean, but the rugs were not. I replaced the rugs with towels.
Like most campers, the sleeping capacity is different than the comfortable sleeping capacity, which in this camper, I would say is actually 6 (it came with 6 pillows and 4 small, thin bath towels). There was minimal storage available in the camper, as most storage areas contained the owners personal belongings, such as clothing or bath products.
There were two issues that came up during the trip and they responded fairly promptly. The second issue was because inadequate instructions were given for the septic.
There is no XM radio as stated in the items included, but there were some chairs, and a hammock that was offered for use, although we did not need them.
They were prompt on pickup and required no assistance from us.

Amy and her husband Josh were such great people to rent from. Very helpful and quick response to all of my questions. We had a little trouble but Amy and Josh were on it right away and fixed it. My family had such a great time camping while staying in the RV. It was Very spacey and comfy. Home away from home. Bonus- we got to bring our fur baby to stay with us in the RV.

Amy and Josh were amazing. They were very accommodating and quick to respond. We had an issue with the door shutting and they came out the next day to fix it. We had a great stay at Rainbow Springs State Park. Thank you Amy and Josh!

Our trip had to be cancelled due to the Covid-19 virus. Amy was very communicative up to the date and through the cancellation. We feel lucky to have chosen an understanding owner. We are re-booking with Amy for our next trip. Cannot wait to stay in the RV and camp!

My daughter and I stayed in the camper while at the HITS horse show in Ocala. It was really convenient to stay right on the property. Amy delivered and set it up, and had the lights/AC on for our arrival. Amy was very easy to communicate with and responded to all our questions in a timely fashion. She also accommodated our "check-out" request to use it a little later, if needed, on Sunday.
The kitchen area needed a quick wipe down (counter, stove top, inside shelves of the refrigerator), to remove dust and bits of crumbs, and there was a stray washcloth left behind the tub. But other than that, everything was as promised from the listing.
