It was just amazing! The van is perfectly build for a great trip. It was so comfy, nothing we would have missed, and even our two dogs (two staffies) had plenty space & an awesome time. The fan & thick blinds came handy to keep the heat out, the van was very clean and so much storage space. We even thinking about to rent the van soon again, we just loved the road trip with the Bertie van, and the girls were so nice & helpful.

We had the trip of a lifetime in Bertie. Bertie was a breeze to drive and fuel efficient. Jacqui was flexible and lovely to deal with. We will absolutely be renting again in the future :)

From our very first inquiry, Jacqui and her partner were awesome to deal with and very accommodating with our requests.
The van and the contents were all that we wanted and expected for the trip we were undertaking. We stayed in an assortment of van parks, free parks, bush blocks and back yards. Second battery to run the fridge, pump for internal sink, lights etc was great - just needed charging every day but this may be a thing of the past as there are plans for a solar power addition. Also has the option of power outlet but BYO lead. Bike rack for two bikes was a bonus.
Comfy bed (though it wouldn't suit tall dudes) with linen included, well-stocked cupboards (inc coffee, tea, sugar etc) and nice lay-out for two. Everything we needed for a camping trip - chairs, tables, gas cooker, Collingwood picnic rug, plenty of cutlery and crockery and nice little bits and pieces you might otherwise forget.
The van was comfortable, easy to drive and manoeuvre and very reliable. Plenty of power but good on juice. We took on some hilly, windy roads (eg: Great Alpine Road across Mt Hotham, Mt Buffalo etc) and it was a breeze to handle. On the Hume H'way, it handled like a sedan.
Would highly recommend if this type of set up suits you.

Amazing trip to Wilson’s prom. This Van is epic! So spacious, it has all the things you need for a great time and it is very fuel efficient. We will definitely be hiring this van again!!

We had an amazing trip to The Grampians. Jacqui and Jess have thought of literally everything you need for a camper van experience! I would highly recommend, it added so much value to our weekend away, we're just gutted it'd been booked over Christmas and we can't use it again.
