Pierre communicated clearly and promptly. The van and pop up functioned well and we had no issues. Pierre equipped the van with many helpful features. This is a great two person camper, especially for people who may not feel comfortable driving a larger van or RV. At Rocky Mountain National Park RVs and larger campers often have to park at a separate lot than the trail head where traditional cars can park .
