This review is intended to be written for the purpose of helping the owners of the RV produce a better experience for their customers.1. We had no heat the entire trip. This made sleeping very uncomfortable and simply being in the RV when parked an experience that had us have to leave the RV idling to warm it up. Having to do this in the middle of the night to stay warm and first thing in the morning was terrible.
2. The smell of waste that occupied the RV whenever we were driving was terrible. We had to drive with the windows open so that we wouldn’t be consumed by the smell of our waste coming through what seemed like the vents.
3. The main bed was super uncomfortable. It was two plush mattresses put together which created a crease in the middle that you would sink into. My back pain was brutal and made me cranky.
4. It took me 3 days to figure out how to ensure we had hot water to shower.
5. The RV kept flooding every time we showered. It was uncomfortable to have to wait an hour before driving so that the water wouldn’t spill anymore than it had already spilled onto the floors from simply showering.
6. On top of the shower flooding, the RV kept leaking water out the side of it. It eventually filled one of the storage containers where the waste hose was kept.
7. The right side mirror was broken so that made it a challenge to drive with.
8. The electric step ladder was broken as well.

Rango was absolutely fantastic, excellent to deal with and great communication prior, during and post our RV holiday!!An incredible RV experience in the Rockies - Okanagan, Penticton, Shuswap Lake, Revelstoke, Lake Louise, Jasper, Kamloops and Whistler 10 nights! The RV was perfect for our family of 4 - 3 adults and 1 child. Rango provided details regarding the RV and recommended we take a video as well - this was extremely helpful. Driving was very comfortable and easy, and working the electrical, water pumps, generator, dump station gear was simple and straight forward. Thank you so much Rango we defintely recommend your RV and services to all!! 😊

PROS: Car is clean, new we loved it so much
CONS : Notes for future renters...
- Be aware of the pricing strategy, lower price per night, lots of fees
- Multiple Safety issues
- No flexibility on cancellation due to unforeseen weather
- minor leak with the skylight above the bed1. PRICE : 115.50$ per night (as a total of 575.00$ for 5 days).
But that's not it, when you proceed to book it at the end it summarizes all the miscellaneous fees which are mandatory. It ends up being nearly double 1089.95$ (much higher than we expected). We thought this was normal for renting RV's on Outdoorsy and learnt afterwards it's not. I suppose that's on us for not doing thorough research but it felt misleading because the additional charges included cooking utensils, kitchen supplies and toiletries. The kitchen supplies and utensils were incomplete for an RV. There were no coffee mugs but one broken, plastic juice cup. Toiletries mean 2 RV type toilet paper rolls for $20. There were two bowls and 2 spoons. Between cooking utensils, toiletries and kitchen supplies, its a mandatory cost of $70.

The RV is very easy to drive and well maintained. It includes all the necessities for a great trip, including pots and pans. Only issue I would say is they were not thoroughly cleaned before hand but it was nothing we couldn't do ourselves. Rango was also quick to reply via text to any questions or concerns we had while on our trip. All said and done I would recommend to anyone looking for a great road trip idea.

Rango was very prompt to reply to queries and when on the road, he was always available if we had problems with the van. The vehicle itself was well maintained and easy to drive. Rango was also kind enough to drop us off at the airport after we returned the RV. I would definitely recommend him and his vehicle to others. Thankyou
