The owner Aaron was very helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. The back bedroom that with double bunkbed was extremely convenient for multiple kids

This is no reflection on the host, Aaron at all. This is about Outdoorsy. Unfortunately the RV had an electrical issue that I notified Aaron about the very first night we arrived at the campground. We were not able to resolve the electrical issue and I told Aaron I would return the RV the next day as it was too late to return the it same day. I did return the RV and Aaron later told me there was indeed something wrong with the electrical system and they have since repaired it. It was disappointing because the RV was perfect otherwise and as a family I am sure we would have had an great time in it.My terrible rating has to do with Outdoorsy. They issued a partial refund and kept $300 of the $745 i paid to rent the unusable RV. We didn't spend a single night in it as we went home rather than sleep in an RV with no AC and no lights. I notified Outdoorsy night one and again the next day after I had returned the RV. Not to mention I was not able to camp for the first day and half of a four day vacation due to returning the RV etc... They have the nerve to keep 25% as per their cancellation policy, except I didn't cancel the rental because of something I did, the RV was not usable and every penny should have been returned to me. They are adding insult to injury from a shortened vacation with my kids wanting to then keeping money they are basically stealing.

Everything is always perfect. I have rented from them in the past and will do so in the future, if it is available.

The RV was great and easy to tow, all very convenient. Aaron was exceptional explaining all the things needed to know, being my first time towing a camper, all was excellent!
