We had a wonderful time exploring Washington states National Parks with the RV! San was fantastic. He was flexible with our pickup time after our flight was delayed, gave a great overview of dumping procedures (as we were new to RVing), and was extremely responsive when we contacted him during the trip. The only hiccup was that the generator pooped out about a third of the way into the trip… though we did just fine without it (as we really didn’t need heat, AC or the microwave). All in all, it was a great trip!

First off, San was 2 hours late for pickup. Zero of the pictures of the RV we received actually matched the pictures in the listing. The RV arrived with no gas or fresh water in it and the black tank was half full. The RV was not very clean upon arrival. We had issues with the heat and the refrigerator during the trip. The camping chairs provided had spider nests in them and were pretty beat up. Water tank must of had something growing in it because we kept getting brown water. RV had oil change required messages show up half way through trip. The back up camera doesn’t work. There was a second one installed with a second screen but it didn’t work all the time either. And the tire pressure sensor light was constantly on. Fuse panel door kept falling off during trip and several of the cabinet doors wouldn’t stay closed and the hinges were miss aligned. Sans communication, while quick was not great. Be careful reading the reviews, you will notice several state that San provides “Smore” stuff. During the RV drop off, San showed the “smore” stuff he provides…it’s a fire starter. The drawers were cluttered leaving little storage left to unpack or put pantry items. The RV did run well and somewhat drove okay. When these issues were raised to San at the end of the trip, he said he would text me….which he never did. And he just messaged me on the app saying the Heat seems to work for me. So I would never rent from him again and if your reading this, I would stay clear of this RV.

As described. Everything was clean and in working condition. The host was an absolute pleasure to work with and easy to get in touch with. We’d recommend this vehicle and host to anyone! We are beyond satisfied!

San was extremely responsive, friendly and flexible. The RV is exactly as described. Very practical and in great conditions for outstanding memories in and out the seattle area. We warmly recommend San to Outdoorsy users!

San was an amazing host and the RV was top notch. Lots of additional perks: spices, games for kids, table games, smores, TV, outdoor chairs. Amazing experience and the new amazing RV.

Very great piece of equipment. Nice and clean.

Our first RV trip, lots of fun. Only issue would be in the photo it shows an awning and there is not one. It is crossed off on the list so I should have noticed that. If your not in a shady spot or there's rain that may be a consideration. That being said, we had a wonderful time and San was always available to answer what ever question we had. The AC and Heat both work awesome as did everything else.

What a wonderful host San is. The communication before the trip was prompt and all questions were answered. The RV was very clean and everything was provided as described. I would highly recommend this RV.
