Sebastien gave a very thorough walk-through of the RV and made sure we understood how everything worked before we left. This was only our second rental so we weren't super-confident, but he got us off to a great start for our trip. He made himself available anytime for questions during our trip, which we were grateful for. The RV was in excellent condition and we had no problems. A clean, well-kept RV helped made this a great vacation and this rental experience was very positive.

This was our first Ourdoorsy experience and it was terrific. Sebastien was great to work with being very open and flexible. We loved his RV. It was just what we needed for a great football game weekend at Notre Dame. It was very clean, well maintained, easy to drive, and exactly as the listing described. He provided a thorough and helpful orientation to the motor home and all it features when we picked it up. He had some helpful checklists to remind us how things worked and how to setup and pack up at the campground. This was very helpful and appreciated.
