I'm proud to say my wife and I have grown from renting our one personal motorhome to fleet of 20 RV's along with a RV repair & Service center. Dusty was very accommodating in making a last minute swap with another customer due to our need for a reliable generator. He is very thorough and knowledgeable in taking care of customer needs. Rented a 2019 Winnebago View. This unit ran and handled great, A/C, water heater, and general systems were great. Cabinets, pantry and interior drawers are showing their age and do not stay closed going down the road, which could be a safety concern depending on what flies out of an opening refrigerator or cabinet.
Overall the vehicle was a good experience. Looking forward to renting a newer unit next time.

Kyle, we are glad you enjoyed your trip with the RV but sorry it did not meet your expectations for a 5 star review. We do our best to make sure our units are always kept up with and fix all the little things as we see them. Sorry the drawer latches were not holding and we are looking into the fridge latches. Unfortunately when these RVs are rolling down the road with turns and mountain roads things like draws catches sometimes do that especially if there’s a lot of weight stored in them. We will get these latches fixed for the next guest and sorry again you had to experience that. Thank you for your business.

Overall, our experience was fantastic. There were a couple of small minor glitches that maybe could’ve been explained a little better but other than that, the trailer was great and was exactly as advertised.

This was our first time renting an RV. Dusty, his wife, and his team have created an experience that has convinced our family to do this every year.. The RV was spotless and drive like a Cadillac. Hat tip to those folks, no body better in N Texas…

Our experience with GTG was unforgettable the camper was clean and ready to go, when we got there to pick it up. We throughly enjoyed our trip the camper was well supplied with cooking utensils and it was very comfortable as well. The staff were friendly and helpful also, we recommend renting your camper from GTG.

Overall, the RV was exactly as advertised, with the exception of a properly functioning water pump and a properly functioning oven. . The key issue is that the water didn’t work for the entire trip due to a broken part that should’ve been identified prior to my trip. As a result, we had to pay for showers (luckily we were at a location where we had that option). The management team was responsive when we notified them of the issue but were unable to help due to the repair that was required

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and unfortunately mechanical issues can pop up at the most inconvenient times. However the issue that came up is a part failed causing the problem you faced with little to no water coming out. We tested the oven on return and it takes a lighter to ignite it. We would have been happy to walk you through this process. We do our best to assure our units are in full functioning condition at pick up, however we can not predict future problems. Had a great experience renting with GTG. The staff of this family-owned business was super friendly and helpful and made the entire process from questions before even renting a unit to pickup to drop off so easy and understandable to first time renters like ourselves. Highly recommended!

The upgraded suspension system makes this Bounder drive like a dream. I had to drive in 40-50mph winds and wasn’t getting blown all over or off the road. Also the videos Dustin makes are so informative you won’t need to ask any questions. They set the standard for how an rv rental business should operate. Future rentals will only be booked with GTG.
