Adam is amazing and in the worst possible way! Truly my fault for booking with him when his reviews were terrible. Prior reservation was cancelled, was short on time and had to find something for Memorial Day weekend. His communication was horrible and he wasn’t responding to messages. Finally got in touch with him the day before trip. Told him we would be at campsite at 2pm, check in was 3pm. He didn’t show up u til 6. He did not have converter so we didn’t have power. Had to obtained a converter to get up and running. His hose was dry rotted and burst a few hours in to trip. Trailer was gross. Dirty with a ton of issues. The legs on the pullout bed were broken. Had to wedge them in for my son to be able to sleep. TV had a huge crack across it. Generally just in bad shape with broken panels, missing drawers, or tore up couch. Lower screen is missing on door. Tag on trailer is expired too. Despite cleaning the trailer and leaving it in better shape that I received it, he files a claim against my security deposit (which he’s done before). Good thing I documented and photographed everything. Please avoid this man, he’s a scam artist and just plain garbage. Thanks for trying to ruin our vacation. Requested Outdoorsy to remove him so he can’t keep doing this to people. Lesson learned.

Adam was great! RV was delivered on time. We only used it for extra beds during the holiday weekend. We did not use the Amenities of the RV as it was parked at my house. For this reason I can not review the kitchen or electronics. The RV was clean upon arrival and the beds were comfortable.

Adam was supposed to arrive at 3 PM on the 22nd. He did not arrive until 11:30 PM. I spoke with him and he was going to deduct the first nights rental fee due to the late deliver. I again spoke to him on the 27th to determine when he would be picking up the trailer which was scheduled to be 11 AM. He said he could not make it until 7 PM. When Adam arrived I told him about the roaches in the trailer and that we had to spray to kill them.
This morning I recieved an alert that a charge had been made against the security deposit. I have tried to reach out to Adam to find out why but have not received any reply.

So after many calls, to start off with he was very late delivering. Then the trailer was NOT clean and their personal stuff was left all over. My son found pills in the under storage cabinets, soap was still in the bathroom (bar soap).
After I cleaned, we stayed for 2 nights. This was the most uncomfortable trailer ever. The fridge did not work and we had to restart it and finally after 3-4 hours it finally cooled down. After we returned the trailer mind you I took many pictures, he filed a claim and kept my deposit. I made several phone calls and he never answered. He finally answered once probably by mistake and he pretended not to speak English and hung up. Beware of this man and trailer.

This was our first time camping and we had a great time. This RV was comfortable, clean and it worked great for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids(16, 10 and 5).

I wasn't going to leave a review, but Outdoorsy keeps telling me to give one, so here's ours, it is lengthy.
My husband and I have been camping together for over 20 years. We started in a tent and now have a large 5th wheel. We lost the truck to pull our camper (covid mess) so decided to rent one. This was our first rental experience. The owner reached out to us to rent his camper so we agreed. The listing shows as 31' which is smaller than ours but we figured we have been in smaller spaces, camper looked nice. We arrived at the campground to find Adam had everything set up for us...wow, that was nice! We didn't have the hassle of having to set up anything. It was also a strange feeling not having to do any of the set up. We were not told of any delivery fees, all the campers we had looked at showed what their fee was and this one showed nothing. We ended up paying cash to Adam for fuel for delivery and pick up. That was not in our budget. I walked inside the camper, it was small, smaller than I thought it would be. I looked around and everything looked okay. There was nothing in the cabinets except a few red solo cups...not even a coffee pot. My husband had to go buy one. I had to bring my own pots and pans, all my cookware, utensils, spices...there was nothing. Except toliet paper, there was toliet paper...no towels or wash clothes. No dish soap. I opened the freezer to start putting away our groceries for the week and the smell of fish filled the camper...I should mention that is a puke smell. EVERY time, all week we opened that freezer, the fish smell was everywhere. It was awful. I walked outside to take a look at what we rented...the sticker by the door read "26"...Well, we just got screwed out of 5 feet of space for the week. Did I mention we have been doing this for over 20 years? The water hose was leaking at the hook up to the camper...that water hose popped off SO many times we ended up having to fill the camper tank for water...we couldn't use hook up water cause the connection was broken. So there was a big issue with no water hook up. The campground offered cable TV, but there was no cable in the camper to hook it up...another expense for us. I was going to lay out the couch bed for my son and dog to lay on, but when we went to open it, it was broken and there was dog hair everywhere. So we put the couch back together and put our blankets over it...it looked cheap so I kept it covered. Our week went on, we noticed a piece to the camper awning was broken, the windows had pulldown curtains with screws in the walls to slide the curtain up and down...the screws kept coming out of the wall. This camper had an internal vacuum, well we couldn't use it cause the filter was already full of dog hair...bummer! Im not sure if the owner tested the gas stove, but my hubby had to get it working for me so I could cook. Not fun! The morning we were getting ready to leave, I pulled up our blankets from the couch and pieces of the couch started falling off...like that cheap vinal that peels away. We called the owner told him what happened, he said we will work it out...he took our deposit and we haven't heard from him since.
