The unit was clean and in excellent condition. We were not informed that the electrical line to be plugged into the house needed to be 30 amp so we were unable to use the AC or heat (heat was needed) as the outlet was not 30 amp. We only used the unit for sleeping so we purchased a small space heater to use at night as the temps dropped into the low 40's. A ladder would also have been helpful to enter the top bed as this unit has a lower and upper bed. Delivery and pick-up was seamless and the unit did serve the purpose of providing an extra sleeping arrangement for the week of Christmas. We do recommend this unit and the owners.

Pedro, Sammy and Nelly were great! The camper was clean, very functional and included everything we needed to enjoy our trip. This camper had the best sleeping layout of all the campers I’ve looked at! We will rent from them again next time we visit Disney’s Campsites at Fort Wilderness.

Great experience, we had the wrong tow ball and he assisted with us getting the correct one Was always available by phone and FaceTime for instructions throughout our trip! I would recommend to anyone great experience!

We rented this beauty for an weekend at Fort DeSoto, FL.
Very easy to communicate with Pedro and Sammy.
They allowed us to pick up in the morning and return in the afternoon hours. Very flexible.
RV was spotless inside and out. Sammy even provided us with his own ball mount hitch.
RV is loaded with everything you would need for the trip.
Will rent again for our next trip.

Best Outdoorsy experience our family has had renting an RV! This travel trailer is setup for a perfect vacation. Very clean and well maintained.
