Tom was so easy to work with. Great Communication. After my previous experiences with rentals, Tom's trailer was the most simple to operate. The AC was key on a hot July Weekend. The communication and the trailer made my family's weekend very very enjoyable.

I have reserved RV's through Outdoorsy before, and I have always found the owners friendly and the RV's wonderful. Tom was friendly. He left a 3-wheel trike for us to use during the horse show. However, there were several problems. Although he said he'd fill up the reserve water tank, he didn't do so before he brought the RV and there was no water available at the fairgrounds. So when we arrived on Thursday the tank was empty.
It wasn't until late Friday afternoon that someone linked hoses together to fill the tank. But, the valves weren't open and the pump wasn't on, so we still had no water. We got instructions on Saturday to turn o the pump and open the valves, but still had no water. We left on Sunday, which means we spent four days in a camper with no access to water, shower or toilet at all. Additionally, only one of the electrical outlets in the RV worked, and it was over the refrigerator. The outlet closest to the bed and outside didn't work. Finally, the inside of the refrigerator door hadn't been cleaned. I was surprised, because the rest of the RV was pretty clean. Given that there were several issues with this rental, I respectfully request a partial refund.

This was our first time ever renting or staying in a RV. Tom was awesome to work with, and was gracious with his time explaining everything to us to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. The morning of the rental, his water pump went out, and while some others may have just discounted it and delivered it without that feature, Tom took the time to find out the problem and fix it before he brought it out to our site. He did this because he cares, and wants those who rent from him to have a great experience. It's hard to find people like this. Thank you, Tom!!!

I had no previous experience with RVs. This was the first time pulling a trailer, much less camping in one. Tom, however, was encouraging and patient, taking a lot of time to explain how everything worked and he even took time to help me with backing up. And, he was kind enough to let me record the instructions so I wouldn't forget anything.
The trailer itself was clean and comfortable, especially the full bed. The air conditioning worked well on the first hot night of camping and it was really nice to have hot water for a shower. Thanks to Tom, our first time using an RV to camp was a success!

The camper was great, Tom was awesome to work with and we had an amazing weekend. I love the wrap around dining table and it was so nice to have a TV/DVD for the kids to wind down between activities at the fun and busy Jellystone campground in Fremont, IN. We would highly recommend working with Tom! He was so friendly and flexible in our needs for pick up and drop off.

I was a first time rv user and Tom was very helpful and considerate to make our family camping 6go smoothly.

Tom was amazing. SO communicative and answered our questions. There was just one hiccup with the adaptor connecting the camper to our car (we were not clear about our hookup), but we went with Tom to a local store and he purchased the correct adaptor. Tom was very accommodating and patient. The camper was in great shape! When we got to the campsite, I called and texted Tom a few times with questions and he answered right away.

Tom was awesome to work with. The camper worked out perfect for our situation. We took it to my husband's family cottage so we would have our own space. Very comfortable and everything that we used seemed to work great. We look forward to renting through Tom again. Excellent experience.

Tom was great! Super helpful in explaining everything thoroughly before our trip. Kept himself available for communication if needed. Would definitely recommend to others and we would use again in the future!

Tom was great helping a first time RVer figure out some very rookie mistakes. Hooked this trailer to a 2014 Chevy Traverse with towing package and no brake controller and it worked fine. Tip: always unhook from vehicle with stabilizing bars UP or it might not go low enough to disengage the lock!

Fantastic person to rent from. Very helpful. Trailer was very clean and well kept. I look forward to renting from Tom in the future.
