Riza replied fast to all my inquiries and was super flexible, which made the overall experience amazing! The vehicle was spacious and had a lot of room for storage and to keep every guest comfortable.

Riza was great to deal with. Always responded quickly to messages. Friendly and polite. The only issue was that there is a mandatory fee for insurance and roadside assistance that isn’t mentioned anywhere in the ad and wasn’t communicated to me at all. When I saw the charge and asked Riza about it I was told I didn’t have to pay it because I had my own insurance and roadside assistance however they didn’t know how to remove the charge. When I called the 800 # to ask how to remove it they said it couldn’t be removed because Riza had selected that option when they listed the vehicle with Outdoorsy. Other than that everything was fantastic.
