Camper was new, clean and comfortable. Only thing I wish I had known ahead of time was that they didn't want us to flush toilet paper in the toilet. It wasn't a big deal because where we were staying there was a camp bathroom right across from us but it might have not been as convenient if we hadn't had that to use. I don't like having to throw dirty TP in the trash can. Other than that everything was as expected and clean. The owners were very responsive. The AC worked great even in hot August weather. We would rent this camper again.

This little RV was perfect for our family of 4! It stayed so cold in the Texas heat. Levi and Amie were amazing! They delivered and setup the RV for us. We just showed up and enjoyed with no RV knowledge at all. Everything worked perfectly. We had the best time!

The Trailer was good and layout was what we expected. We know you were overwhelmed with reservations but the Trailer wasn't that clean and the sheets, pillows and blankets need to be upgraded. Lots of stains and just looked dirty. Dishes were not clean, and just lots of other rentals dirt, food crumbs and stuff.

Our rv did not meet expectations. I rented two trailers. Neither were clean as I would have expected. Floors were not clean. Sand on the night stand in bedroom, showers visibly not clean. The entry door to one was extremely difficult to close. The lock was broken on the door so we couldn’t even secure our things while away, not to mention we had to sleep with an unlocked door. Very disappointed

As already discussed with you, the deadbolt lock was broken the previous weekend by another renter and the part was ordered and set to be delivered at the end portion of your rental that weekend, but the handle was still able to be locked and secured. We were unfortunately at the mercy of the post office for the deadbolt.

Amie and Levi were great to work with. Levi delivered our trailer right on time and walked through everything with us before leaving. The trailer was very clean and ready for our use. The trailer has a great sized refrigerator which was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to rent from them again.
