We rented Francisco’s RV Winnebago 2019 for a road trip of 31 days.
Sadly, we noticed as we picked up the RV that it wasn’t as described on the website. The sofas were all scratched, most of the drawers were not closing properly, the generator was not working, many kitchen tools were missing and the storage on the outside of the RV weren’t closing at all (we had to tape them).
Besides that we noticed as we left Los Angeles for Joshua Tree that the RV was terribly pulling to the right so we brought it to a mechanical house. They told us that the RV had an alignment problem, and that 3 tires out of 6 were damaged and needed to be changed quickly. We had to pay 1600$ and cancel one day of our trip to fix the RV. Francisco agreed to reimburse us 1300$ but refused to pay for the alignment problem.
On the first night we noticed that the middle sofa was not fixed to the floor, so it was totally impossible to sleep on it. During the trip we had to change the drawers fixations because it was impossible to drive without them opening. We also got arrested by the police because Francisco’s plate was past since 3 months… To summarize the situation we had a lot of bad surprises with this RV. Thanks god we had a tent to sleep outside and we knew a bit about mechanics if not the trip would have been hell…
Icing on the cake: as we brought back the RV we found an agreement with Francisco to give us a discount on the over mileage we had with his RV, to cover the several costs we had, but the day after, Francisco wrote us that he would charge us for 200$ more because we didn’t refill the gas… Off course we had refilled the gas to the same state it was before picking up the RV.
All of this to say that we found with Francisco a professional liar, he was really not concerned about our safety and even tried to steal us… I would definitely not recommend Francisco if you want to rent an RV.

Francisco was awesome, super responsive and helpful and flexible… the RV worked great, was very simple to use, and a great fit for our little family of five… Will definitely rent from him again!

We where having an amazing time for Spring Break in the RV going up the California Coast for the first time and realized we wanted to keep going for an extra day. Frank the owner was awesome, one was easy to get a hold of, two had no problem and we able to enjoy the rest of the trip knowing we had more time.

First time for our family camping in RV. Frank was great at helping us to understand how to use the RV and we had a great time! Perfect for family fo four and our dog…Would definitely recommend renting from Frank.

Nothing short of Amazing! Frank and Crystal were so pleasant and always responsive to our questions! We drove the RV to Joshua Tree and Death Valley. It was a comfortable ride and our 13 and 11 year old kids loved it! Everyone slept comfortably and it was so nice to have a bathroom and shower on board. We did a mix of boondocking and campground camping for five days and it was perfect! So thankful for this experience!
