NEVER USE ACE RV-
It’s a nice big RV that’s all
We had so many mechanical and water issues and they said they were closed for Thanksgiving and would not address any issues. Roadside assistance does not have help with them not the winterizing properly and us not having hot water and the RV locking every time we shut the door-
There were dangerous things like that sofa bed fall out right on your foot broke my foot
The rattles so bad it will drive you crazy-something needs to be replaced in the door, but they said it’s normal

The staff was congenial. When I called and noted the technicians could not resolve over the phone why the refrigerator would not cool, they sent a replacement RV to my campground and helped transfer my effects into the replacement. The rest of the rental went very well and check-in was smooth.

I loved renting through Ace RV. Anytime I rent an RV I am always checking reviews and searching for the best rental. I flew in from Arizona and the check in process was quick and easy. The RV drove well and we had a blast with the fam. I will be going through Ace RV when Im back in Virginia.

Disappointing experience. Customer service needs work. While the vehicle was nice, company needs to do a better job communicating with customer before and during pickup. Very hard to get anyone on the phone and all is done by email. During the walk through they do not do a good job making you aware of how to use features in vehicle such as CarPlay nor fridge. Our fridge didn’t work and I had to call customer support which is terrible service. You wait on hold and then an agent asks you all these admin questions they should already have… while you are just trying to enjoy your trip. I was notified at that point that I need to push inverter button as our fridge didn’t work unless plugged in. No one told me that. There is no hard copy users manual, only a video which takes about half an hour to watch and doesn’t answer all the questions. There were also other major issues.

We had an amazing experience with this RV! The trip went smoothly from start to finish. We added the linen kit, which was super convenient, and in hindsight wish we had also added the kitchen kit to make things even easier. Driving it was much easier than I expected, and the space inside was incredible — clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Overall, such a great experience and we’ll definitely be booking again!

Pickup and drop-off were easy and fast. The RV was in good condition and we had no mechanical issues for the duration of our trip. I will absolutely use Ace RV again should I need to rent a camper in the future.

ACE RV always does an outstanding job when we rent from them. Our family rented their 25B Minnie Winnie and drove from Virginia through the southeast to Texas and New Mexico to visit national parks and relatives. As always, the vehicle performed excellently and kept us cool and comfortable in the summer heat. This is our fifth time using an AVE RV rental and the very few times we've needed road side assistance on one of our adventures, the customer service is immediate and excellent. Pick off and drop off was smooth as always. Thanks to Amina and the team for another great vacation!

Have rented several times from AceRV, always receiving good RV units and service. This time I had trouble with a broken locker key, called after business hours, received a prompt response, and was able to pick up a replacement key on our way out of town the next morning. That type of service makes for very satisfied customers. Would not hesitate to recommend AceRV to other.
