The van was perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed for an off-the-grid camping trip. The van got good mileage and was very comfortable. There was a huge mixup with the pick up location. The host made it right but I don’t feel Outdoorsy performed due-diligence in confirming the host-client communication. Outdoorsy is getting a fee for a service - the service should have been better. Outdoorsy deflected the problem onto the host. Work together! The van had some issues with a blown tire sensor (kept telling us the tire was low when it wasn’t) and an oil change note that was also incorrect. The host was not always prompt in their responses.

Our rental went smoothly and was as advertised. Directions and communications were clear, the equipment provided was clean and functional and anticipated we might need a spare fuel canister for the stove. We appreciated the flexibility around pick-up and drop-off. We recommend AIYRE and Outdoorsy! Thank you.

Wonderful experience starting with the great communication to access the car all the way to the functionality. We loved the stealth the van provided us while traversing the coastline. Comfortable bedding with enough space for 2 adults comfortably. Overall excellent experience!

My husband and I took a trip from San Francisco, California to Medford, Oregon. Our host responded immediately to any questions we had and was super accommodating. I would book another van with them again in a heartbeat!

C'était juste parfait, le van est bien équipé, super confortable, roule bien. Consomme beaucoup mais comme tous les van. Manquait juste une lampe pour être éclairé le soir mais on en a pris une au Walmart du coin

We had an enjoyable time in our camper van. The pick up and drop off near the airport was a breeze. We were please with all of the communication via text and email. The directions were straightforward and easy to understand. The kitchen supplies were sufficient and included everything we needed to make meals while camping. A small pail/container to wash dishes and a kitchen towel would have been a plus but not necessarily important. The mattress was comfortable and the duvet was plenty warm. We loved the privacy of adding the window covers and the curtains too. We will definitely book with outdoorsy again!

The van was clean, in good working condition and set up with all the amenities we needed for camping over 4 days. Easy pick up and drop off with great instructions on how everything worked. Highly recommend!

This campervan is great for the price, particularly for 1-2 people, who are
not too tall. I am 5'2 so it was no trouble at all to get up into the van
to accomplish the adjustments necessary to create the bed or bench as
needed; insert and remove the sun blockers, etc. We had three people so
needed to continue to store or take out a back seat as we traveled around
to camp sites, which was a bit of a pain. The kitchen set was complete and
in excellent shape, and the shade structure and chairs easy to access and
assemble. The bed was quite comfortable. We did not need to use the table,
tent or shower. Both the owner and Outdoorsy were very responsive to our
questions both before and during the trip; and the instructions provided
were clear and useful. We forgot to check the cd player before we left, and
that ended up not working, with a cd stuck and unable to eject. Also, I
forgot to take photos of the van when we returned, to compare to photos
before we left ( I did take photos of the mileage and fuel). This caused me
a bit of unease when it seemed that the owner did not have someone to go
and check the van for over 24 hours after we returned. It occured to me
that something could have happened to the van in that timeframe, since it
is parked in a public area, so I highly recommend renters make a note to do
this. I have already recommended Outdoorsy to several friends. Thanks for
providing us with a great vehicle for our camping trip!

Van was wonderful. We took it to Yosemite for 5 days. The mileage allotment is very generous. Much better than other options we looked at. Mattress was comfortable and everything was as described. Two slept very comfortably. We used the stove, cutlery, camp chairs, and cups. Didn't use the shower at all so can't speak to that. Fast communication and it was easy to get into the van using a lock box. Mike parked it just a short way away from SFO airport. Only minor issue was that the second cigarette adaptor wasn't working, but we still had one so it was ok. I think I'd read on their website that there were curtains but we didn't find any and I'm not sure we can fault them for that because I don't see it listed anywhere on Outdoorsy as something that was promised. Note: Don't forget to buy propane for the stove.
