Working with Shahwaiz, Maymoon, Jim and Jamie was really great - all wonderful people and fun to get to know! The vehicle had some small issues but not debilitating, and after pointing them out their team was on getting them rectified. Would definitely rent from them again. People = 5 Stars ; Vehicle = 4 Stars ; Overall = 4.5 Stars

Small local business, which we chose purposely over the bigger companies. The staff were wonderful and all communications were prompt and helpful. Pick up and drop off were easy, and the booking process also very easy, with all insurance, road side assistance etc. included in the overall price. I had a few questions during booking, and my emails were answered promptly every time.We reserved a 2017 RV because it was less expensive, but we did have some issues (some leaks). I called them during our trip, and they were apologetic, professional, and immediately helpful in solving the issues and making it right at the end of the trip.I would absolutely recommend this company, but I would choose a newer RV to avoid the issues of having an older, more used vehicle.

We really recommend taking as RV and making our our plans for traveling around Alaska on our holiday.
The State historical parks with RV campgrounds worked really well for us, much more economical than the private campgrounds, and we were happy without the hookups.The sites were more wooded and private.
We had a wonderful vacation, we loved the RV! We were very happy with our "Jessie".
The friendly staff were wonderful, with a very helpful crew both at pick up and when we phoned for assistance.We would recommend some written instructions on the working of the RV as we were novices at this mode of travel..... we managed to blow a fuse by using the toaster and microwave at the same time, but received a prompt response from the office, and they worked with us to get the RV up and running again!
They were also happy to give us warmer bedding and check the water tanks for us when we passed back through Anchorage, and the staff were able to fix a few minor problems quickly and efficiently.
We were very impressed with the service and Alsaka RV Rentals.We had a fabulous visit to Alaska.

From Jamie in reservations to Shahwaiz in customer service everyone was incredibly helpful, pleasant and flexible. Would highly recommend you rent from them.

Other than the heater wouldn’t work off grid. Worked fine while connected to rv site electrical. Owner made an attempt to fix it while we were out on the road but couldn’t. He at least tried. Nice people to deal with though.

Really no complaints. RF was adequately cleaned. Everything needed for basics was there and clean. Bedding, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans
Only thing I wasn’t sure of was how well the rv was disinfected
Staff at check in and check out was very helpful and accommodating
We returned rig five minutes past designated hour of return and he did not charge us for an additional hour. That so appreciated. That alone would convince me to use alaskarv.com again.

The host was ready for us when we arrived at Anchorage with a clean RV inside and out. The walk thru was easy due to our having a Nexus motorhome (different model) at home. The motorhome worked well for us during the 3 weeks in Alaska. There were a few minor issues that needed repairs that we discussed with the host when we turned it in. (kind of normal for a MH) Overall we would rent from them again in the future if the price was right.

Easy pick up and drop off. We had 2 adults and four teenagers and the slide outs made it plenty big to fit us all.

Will discuss features with you in future. No dining table in unit. Black water always showed full even when it wasn't. Unit is showing some wear Truck runs really well. the attendants were extremely friendly and competent. Overall very good experience.

The motor home was awesome we had a great trip to Eureka berry picking only thing was he said they give a credit for the Grill of 20.00 but it never showed on the bill. Me and my Wife enjoyed the motorhome even in the rain it was nice and warm and good to meet up with other family and friends.
