Hi, thank you for stopping by. My family and I spend most of our camping time in Big Sur, we love it there. It really hits all of the marks for us, heavy forest canopy and the river. Unit was to be returned by 15:00 hrs as stated on rental page, we returned the unit @ 13:00 hrs and we were charged $125 for additional time. We used the unit to tow only 2 days and they charged a towing fee for every day of the rental.

Hello Richard, at your request, I can provide you with a copy of the rental contract with your wet signature discussing these fees, I do not want you to feel that these are hidden fees you were charged for, but simply fees that you agreed to. Thank you for your business.

The RV Was perfect, Tim is amazing, the outdoorsy support is easy to work with, and answers all questions with knowledge and patience.
