Acerca de Black Dog Recreation
While teaching is my true passion and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with kids nine months of the year, I also love helping people get out and enjoy the outdoors. Growing up camping and taking backpack trips out west, I have come to love the freedom of going to the lake to fish and enjoying hikes through Wisconsin's abundant scenery. My wife and I have three great kids that have changed our ability to be gone for our summers, but would love the opportunity to help you enjoy a weekend away from home. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions. We will do everything within our power to accommodate your vacation needs for this camping season.

John was a breeze to deal with. This was our first time renting a camper and were a little nervous about the process. John responded quickly to any question I had. He delivered a clean and well kept camper on time and picked up after we had left our final day of camping. Would highly recommend :)

courteous, professional service. We chose delivery and the RV was set up and move in ready. The accommodations were superb as well as the friendly service. I highly recommend and will use again!! I'd give em 7 stars if I could!!!! happy camper here!

Steve made this process as easy as it could be for my family. I have never heard about renting a camper before until a friend mentioned it to me one day. We found Steve’ camper it was perfect for what we needed for my Daughter’s sweet 16th birthday celebration for the weekend.
I will definitely rent again from Steve for our family adventures. Thank you for sharing your family’s camper experience we all had an amazing time. 🫶🏽

We had a great time in the RV. We had it delivered and it was set up before we got there which made it seem like we were just checking into a hotel. RV was cooled down and the fridge was ready to go. Loved having two bathroom and the beds were as comfortable as RV beds go. John also put out a huge outdoor rug in front of the RV which was a welcome addition. It was cheaper than staying in a hotel and was a great experience start to finish. John was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. Would definitely rent again.

We always enjoy the campers we have rented from Blackdog recreation! We love that they set it all up and it is ready to go when we get there! John has always been very helpful in the reserving of the campers and available to answer any questions or concerns. Overall great campers and experience! Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the camper! my only complaint is the door seemed a little difficult (unless it was just us haha)! and no TV! We had great weather but if we had a rainy day a TV would have been nice!

It was fantastic, it was fast and easy to rent the RV I wanted and I was able to talk to someone in person with any questions or concerns I had. It was delivered on time and I was given a tour of the trailer and shown everything I needed to know. The RV was spacious clean and perfect for what I was looking for. I am looking forward to renting again next year. Thanks for a great experience.

Needs a bluetooth music player. Nice older camper. Well equipped and outdoor carpet provided. Everything was on and operating.

From start to finish a disappointing experience. The camper showed up late and dirty to the campsite. There was dirty bedding in the closet and along side the bed. The kitchen was not wiped down at all. When I asked about the water tank readings that showed 1/3 tank of fresh water and one full gray tank I was assured it was a sensor problem that had come along for the ride. …..on day two when we ran out of water it was clear that the readings were correct. John did send someone out to put water in the tank. All in all it convinced us that we will not be doing that again. Shame

Very nice unit, clean and stock with many essential items. the only complaint we had, and it is more for knowledge and help to prepare for the weekend, the bed was harder than I expected. Being a camper I knew the bed would be hard, but it was like sleeping directly on the plywood. If we rent next year I will be bringing a topper for us.
