Morgan did a great job explaining everything. The van was great for traveling about Glacier, Yellowstone and the Tetons. Easy to park and convenient for making a quick lunch before heading out on the trail. We had one issue with the water, and Blacksford was very responsive, sending out a tech within the day.
All in all, we were very happy with our rental and had a great trip! Thanks!

Fred - Sounds like you had an amazing trip to The Big Three - Yellowstone, Grand Teton and Glacier. So glad you loved the camper van -- it really is easy to park and so convenient for touring with a bathroom and kitchen on the spot. I am sorry that you had an issue with the water but, in typical Blacksford fashion, we responded quickly and solved the problem. We rented the 2025 Nexus Triumph 29T through Blacksford for a group of four and used it to travel around Washington. Overall, we had a very good experience. The RV drove well, was comfortable, and made traveling much more enjoyable. The unlimited mileage was also a great benefit.There were a few areas that could be improved. At pickup, there were some chip crumbs left on the front bed from the previous renters, so the cleanliness could have been better. Several drawers did not open smoothly, while others were completely missing, apparently due to damage from previous renters, making some storage areas unusable. The bathroom could also use towel hooks and a shelf for toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner.

All communications were easy and spot on. Suggestion to have groceries delivered and stocked in the RV ahead of our arrival was such a time saver! The RV was perfect and had all the comforts of home! Everyone at Blacksford made our trip as first time RVers very easy.

The RV was great. The team (Jeff and Miranda) were very supportive and made the whole process smooth and hassle free. The RV is as advertised. Fully stocked with everything that you need and very comfortable. We had a great time at the Gorge! Will rent again.

The staff was excellent from booking assistance through the return of the vehicle. Communication was clear and helpful the entire time. The vehicle was impressive and worked out perfectly for myself and family. I would highly recommend Blacksford for a luxury experience and full service support.
