Overall pretty good experience. I lived in the van for close to two weeks, but the vehicle I reserved was probably more intended to be driven to a festival or something for a weekend. A couple of fuses were out so some of the outlets didn’t work, the windshield washer fluid was out, the inverter was built so that none of my plugs could reach it (I had to buy a short extension cord), very little storage inside the van. The pop top was great, the people were friendly and nice, fresh sheets and towels included was good.

We absolutely loved the pop-top van and everyone we interacted with at Boulder Campervan's (including their flurry mascot)! It was overall a great experience and hope to rent from them again soon.

The Equinox was fantastic - four of us hung out at the table every night eating dinner and playing cards. The swivel seats were so nice!! The kitchen worked out great - and the frig was cold enough to keep birthday ice cream frozen until we ate it. Can't wait to try out another of the vans. And the people at Boulder Camper Vans are awesome and very helpful.

We had a great experience renting. Mark and Brian were very thorough in preparing us for our trip; showing us how to use all the features. Available by phone if anything arose (we had one small issue.) I would rent from them again. One recommendation would be an cheat sheet in the vehicle for the operating panel for electricity and water.

Working with Brian was a breeze, he was flexible and responded quickly to any questions we had. The rig was awesome, in great condition, and outfitted expertly (truly, all conveniences were though of!). Brian also made sure to stock this rig with just about anything we needed (linens, kitchenware, etc.), and at no extra cost. Needless to say, we had a lot of fun experiencing "van life" for the first time. When we had some of the usual issues managing the onboard systems (always the case with recreational vehicles — with other rentals and even our own travel trailer), Brian was quick to respond and help us troubleshoot. We'd rent from Brian again in an instant, and wouldn't hesitate to rent the same rig as it served us well.

This was my first experience using Outdoorsy. Brian was amazing at communicating everything I needed to navigate the process. His RV and all the amenities went way beyond my expectations. It was easy to maneuver everywhere we explored. Highly recommend Brian and am already planning my next adventure with Outdoorsy.

My husband, myself and our two dogs embarked on our first RV adventure in this beautiful Travato. We had an amazing experience - from the initial outreach to the drop off. The owners clearly love this rig and we 100% would rent this Travato again! Every instance of communication - from emails to their own YouTube "how to" videos - made our experience super easy. The vehicle itself is well maintained and full stocked with what one needs to have an awesome adventure. If you have any doubts - remove them! We had such a fun trip and hope to enjoy another one soon! Thank you for the memories!
